Quality Assurance Associate II

We’re hiring a QA professional to join a customer-facing product team focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of web and backend applications.

This is a 6 month contract + extensions, hybrid 2x/week on site in Pittsburgh.

What You’ll Do:

Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing
Build and maintain manual and automated test frameworks
Develop test plans, cases, scenarios, and regression suites
Test APIs and validate backend data/integrations
Partner with developers, product owners, and BAs in an Agile environment
Support automation and CI/CD testing initiatives

Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of QA/testing experience
Strong manual testing background, approximately 70% manual / 30% automation
Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
API testing experience
SQL knowledge for backend/data validation
Agile and Azure DevOps/JIRA experience
