RN Nurse Supervisor Full Time Night Shift Weekend Baylor Schedule

Vibra Hospital of southeastern Massachusetts, located in New Bedford, MA, is a 90‑bed Critical Care Hospital that provides acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Position Full Time Weekend Baylor Night Shift Nurse Supervisor Key Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of efficient, high‑quality patient care. Manage personnel and coordinate nursing service activities for the scheduled shift in accordance with hospital philosophy, objectives, and policies. Work with employees and managers to develop systems and procedures necessary for daily operations, and provide training, information, and support to solve problems and accomplish assigned objectives. Required Qualifications Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing. Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment. Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Critical care experience. Three (3) years experience in an acute care setting. Prior supervisory experience. CCRN certification. Professional image and strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions. Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
