Bartender

Pay: $8 Per Hour + Tips Molly's is looking for an experienced, outgoing Bartender to join our team in Dover. We're looking for someone who can make a great drink, handle a busy bar, and create the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back. Our bartenders are a big part of the atmosphere at Molly's, so we're looking for someone who's personable, dependable, and knows how to have fun while still providing great service. What You'll Do Provide friendly, attentive bar service in a fast-paced environment Prepare beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming experience for new guests Take food and beverage orders at the bar Maintain knowledge of our food, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings Handle guest payments and maintain accurate tabs Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service Complete opening and closing responsibilities Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards Help maintain the fun, welcoming atmosphere Molly's is known for What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling a busy bar and multiple guests at once Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service Ability to stay organized and composed during high-volume shifts Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team Willing to help out beyond the bar when needed Availability for nights and weekends Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol What Makes a Great Molly's Bartender We're not just looking for someone who can pour drinks. You should be able to recognize when someone wants to chat, when someone needs another round, and when the rest of the team needs a hand.
