Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan is seeking a Scheduling Secretary - Float to manage patient appointments in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Grand Rapids, MI. You will handle a high volume of calls, coordinate with providers, and ensure accurate patient records within the EMR system.
