Sanitation Manager Lawrence, MA, Massachusetts Direct Hire $62000 Job Description Sanitation Manager Lawrence, MA | In-Person | $29 - $35 /hr | Full-Time A well established and growing food manufacturing company with a strong reputation for quality and a team that cares about their people is hiring a hands-on Sanitation Manager to lead their sanitation department on 2nd shift. What You'll Do: Oversee all sanitation activities across the production facility, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness Lead, coach, and develop a team of sanitation employees, from interviewing and onboarding through performance and annual reviews Build and manage work schedules while ensuring sanitation procedures are consistently followed Monitor production areas to identify and address sanitation concerns before they become issues Clean, sanitize, and disassemble/reassemble equipment according to established procedures Respond quickly to sanitation calls and contamination events to minimize downtime Promote a strong safety and housekeeping culture among sanitation staff Document sanitation goals, track progress, and correct non-conformities identified in quality programs What You Bring: Experience leading a team in a food manufacturing or industrial cleaning environment Comfort using a computer for daily reports, recaps, and documentation Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, with flexibility to support other shifts as needed Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently in a diverse setting Must be 18 years or older and able to understand and speak English What's In It For You: Competitive hourly pay, $29 to $35 per hour A well established, growing company that invests in its people A hands-on leadership role with real ownership over the sanitation department The opportunity to make an immediate impact on a team that cares about safety and quality MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
