Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an engaging opportunity supporting K-12 students as an onsite Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 academic year. These full-time contract roles provide the chance to work hands-on with diverse student populations while collaborating with a dedicated school team. With three openings available, this is a fantastic setting for both experienced professionals and those interested in travel assignments.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license for California
• Previous experience working with school-aged children (K-12) is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor interventions and recommendations for a range of student needs
• Experience or genuine interest in school-based practice
• Willingness to work onsite throughout the contract period

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services to students across K-12 grade levels
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary discussions
• Support students in achieving functional goals that enhance their academic and daily living skills

This school-based contract offers a dynamic schedule of 37.5 hours per week, from August 2026 through June 2027. Engage with supportive colleagues and gain valuable experience impacting children’s development in a welcoming educational community.
