What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all technical service and support operations across teams and partners
• Drive service excellence through KPIs, SLAs, and customer-focused strategies
• Oversee parts operations, logistics, and aftermarket revenue growth
• Manage warranty programs, analytics, and ERP integration
• Mentor service teams and expand third-party service networks

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• Deep expertise in scientific cold storage or laboratory equipment
• Strong leadership in service operations, parts, and warranty programs
