Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh guacamole tableside, following restaurant recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a fun and interactive dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized tableside station, following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment, ensuring timely service.
• Restock guacamole ingredients and utensils as needed throughout the shift.
• Assist with additional back-of-house duties as needed, such as prep or cleaning.
• Represent the restaurant's brand with enthusiasm and excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
