About the Role:

Ray's Center Square Repair LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our team in Stafford Springs, CT! This is a great opportunity to bring your mechanical expertise to a trusted local shop where quality work and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic testing on vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues
Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Repair and replace brakes, suspension components, exhaust systems, and more
Inspect vehicles thoroughly and communicate findings and repair recommendations
Utilize shop equipment and diagnostic tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop
Document all services and repairs accurately in work orders

Requirements:

Prior experience as an automotive technician or mechanic required
Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
ASE certification(s) preferred but not required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Must supply own basic hand tools
