Job Responsibilities

• Create Custom Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and design individual treatment strategies aimed at boosting their functional abilities.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to promote comprehensive and holistic patient care.

• Track Patient Progress: Monitor and document clinical developments, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to ensure continued patient success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential required.
