As a Service Manager, you’ll lead the maintenance team to keep our communities safe, beautiful, and operating at their best. You’ll oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, vendor partnerships, and ready vacant homes for new residents — all while inspiring a positive, high-performing team. Paid Holidays Quarterly Bonuses Monthly Bonuses Competitive Rent Discounts 401(k) with Employer Match Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of service technicians Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor services Ensure units and common areas are ready and maintained to our high standards Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents Oversee budget management and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Be part of the on-call rotation for emergency needs What you’ll need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent EPA Type I & II or Universal certification (required) Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required) Valid driver’s license 2-3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills Proficiency with property management software (RealPage) and Microsoft Office Physical Requirements This role involves standing, walking, lifting, driving, climbing stairs, and working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
