What You’ll Do

• Run residential HVAC service calls • Accurately diagnose system issues • Present repair vs. replacement options • Close repairs and equipment upgrades • Recommend indoor air quality solutions • Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years HVAC experience • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Comfortable presenting options and earning the sale • EPA certification • Clean driving record • Professional, reliable, and motivated
