Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

We are currently seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join our warehouse operations team in North Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role requires prior experience operating sit-down forklifts in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment. The warehouse is located near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Reliable transportation is required due to limited public transit options in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack pallets and products.
  
  
• Transport goods between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
  
  
• Stage pallets and materials accurately according to shipping/receiving documentation.
  
  
• Perform daily equipment checks and promptly report any safety or maintenance concerns.
  
  
• Maintain clear and organized aisles and workspaces to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  
  
• Support general warehouse tasks, including labeling, wrapping pallets, and assisting with inventory as needed.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and order accuracy.
  
  
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution setting.
  
  
• Must be able to safely handle loads up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
  
  
• Ability to pass a forklift operation assessment with a minimum score of 90% (required for onboarding).
  
  
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  
  
• Reliable transportation to and from work site (public transportation is limited in the area).
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and productivity.
  
  
• Adherence to all warehouse safety policies- hoodies are not permitted on-site for safety reasons.
