Service Support Specialist/Dispatcher

Job Full Description The Service Support Specialist has full accountability for processing completed work orders for invoicing to customers. Will be responsible for managing several queues to efficiently resolve work order disputes and complete the order cycle to invoicing. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written formats. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
