About the Role Vogue Tyre & Rubber Company is seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Territory Manager / Brand Ambassador to drive growth and build brand presence across Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee and Cleveland. This is a high-impact, field-based role where you will own your territory—developing relationships with retail partners, driving sell-through at the store level, and executing local brand activations. You will serve as the face of the Vogue brand in-market, blending sales execution, marketing support, and grassroots brand-building to accelerate growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and wants to make a direct impact on premium brand expansion. Essential Functions Own and grow the mid-Atlantic territory, driving sales and expanding distribution Build strong relationships with retail partners, store managers, and sales associates Drive sell-through via in-store engagement, training, and product advocacy Identify and execute new business opportunities within your market Support and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and brand activations (car shows, retail events, etc.) Ride along with wholesale partners to strengthen alignment and drive performance Act as the voice of the market—providing insights on trends, opportunities, and competitive activity Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategy and execution Leverage social media and local engagement to enhance brand visibility and customer demand Track performance, manage territory activity, and deliver clear, actionable reporting to leadership Travel Territory-based travel across the Midwest (75 to 80%) Occasional evenings and weekends for events and activations What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or territory development Proven ability to build and grow relationships with customers and partners Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability High energy and confidence in face-to-face selling environments Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, field-based role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and territory management skills (planning, follow-up, execution) Problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable representing a brand both in-person and through digital/social channels Experience in automotive, aftermarket, retail, or consumer products (preferred) Working Conditions Be able to sit for periods of time due to driving. Be able to lift the tires to provide demonstration and presentation of product. Must have a valid US work permit Must be able to work in specific geographic area –Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland (Midwest region) Performance Bonus: Eligible for an annual bonus of $25,000, paid in quarterly installments of $6,250.
