Associate Director of Procurement Systems

Associate Director of Procurement Systems Responsible for consolidating procurement systems into SAP Ariba, managing day‑to‑day user and approver mapping, testing and releasing system updates, and linking supplier invoice and catalog connections. Maintain and enhance the SAP Ariba procurement tool to ensure compliance with AHF procurement policies, vendor onboarding, performance and risk management, and improve end‑user adoption. Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to develop a catalog of sourcing templates, supplier management questionnaires, risk monitoring, dashboard reporting of Ariba system performance, and administer training programs on Ariba modules.
