Accounting Consultant

Location: Onsite – Columbus Area, WI Work Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $30–$50 per hour Benefits: For eligible employees, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance and 401k available Job Description We are seeking an experienced Accounting Consultant to support its finance and operations teams following a recent ERP implementation. This temporary, hands-on role will focus on stabilizing day-to-day accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, inventory, and purchasing. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and able to quickly adapt in a fast-paced post-implementation environment. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on accounting support using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Process and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer invoicing Support inventory accounting, including reconciliation and transaction review Assist with purchasing and order-related accounting activities Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data flow between production, warehouse, and finance Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements Support ad hoc accounting and operational projects as needed Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Solid understanding of accounting processes within an ERP system Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, post-implementation environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
