You will support the bakery‑cafe in delivering excellent service, ensuring guests receive our best and creating meaningful experiences that keep them coming back. Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth in all guest interactions. Execute duties in your assigned area (production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive‑thru, barista, guest experience champion, QC, etc.). Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Stay on the move to assist guests at the entry, cashier, and dining areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Stand for extended periods and work in a loud environment. Clear communication skills and ability to quickly understand directions from guests, managers, and team members. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can multitask with ease. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).
