A well-established electrical services company in Knoxville is hiring an Industrial Electrician to join their Industrial Services team. You'll work on new plant builds, plant upgrades, and ongoing maintenance for industrial and commercial facilities across East Tennessee. This is a hands-on installation role with a clear path to advance into a Foreman position, including a permanent company vehicle once you get there.

What You'll Do

• Install conduit, cable tray, power distribution, motors, control panels, and field devices
• Install and terminate power, control, and communication cabling
• Assist with PLC panel installation and control system commissioning
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and construction documents
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and project managers on active job sites
• Follow NEC, MSHA, and OSHA safety standards on every job

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
• Comfort working with 480V systems, motor controls, and industrial electrical equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
• Basic familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment (training provided)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout East Tennessee
• A team player who's eager to learn and grow into a leadership role
