The ideal candidate will handle key functions such as recruitment, orientation, and employee placement while ensuring compliance with all employment-related laws and policies.Job BriefThe Staffing Coordinator will:Manage a variety of staffing-related tasks including hiring, onboarding, and placementEnsure the company remains compliant with employment regulationsBuild strong relationships with employees, vendors, and recruiting partnersHelp maintain a positive, supportive work environmentResponsibilitiesOversee all staffing needs and company-wide staffing operationsSupport candidate screening and hiring processesFacilitate post-hire procedures such as relocation and legal documentationAssist with planning and executing orientation and trainingDevelop employee schedules, allocating shifts and positionsManage timekeeping and time-off requestsCollaborate with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensationEnsure compliance with internal and external policies and regulationsPrepare and submit staffing operation reportsRequirements & SkillsProven experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar roleExperience planning and executing HR functions (onboarding, hiring, etc.)Strong knowledge of legal regulations (EEO, relocation, visa procedures, etc.)Understanding of staffing policies, procedures, and best practicesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesReliable and committed to maintaining confidentialityCertified as a CNA or CMT
