Dental Assistant with Front Desk Support

Are you a Dental Assistant who knows your way around an operatory and doesnt panic when the front desk phone rings Wed like to meet you.

Dental assisting is the heart of this role. Youll work chairside care for patients and keep the clinical day moving. When the front desk needs an extra set of hands youll jump in there too. You dont need front desk experience; well teach you the ropes.

What youll do

• Assist doctors chairside and help patients feel at ease including the ones who announce that they hate the dentist before saying hello.
• Prepare operatories take digital X-rays and maintain accurate clinical notes.
• Sterilize instruments turn over rooms and keep supplies stocked. Future You will appreciate it.
• Communicate with the team so the day runs as smoothly as a dental office day reasonably can.
• Help up front when needed with patient calls check-in and check-out scheduling and general where do I go moments.

What youll bring

• Dental assisting experience.
• Familiarity with dental procedures terminology and infection control.
• A calm friendly approach to patients and coworkers.
• The ability to stay organized when three things happen at once. Sometimes four.
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn the front desk side of the practice.
