Teacher's Assistant

Soliant Education is searching for a Teacher's Assistant for a school in the Menlo Park, California area! This is a full-time, onsite position for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Type: Contract / W-2
Hours: Full-time
Pay Range: $25-$30 an hour
Benefits: Medical / Dental / 401k
Grade Level: K-7th grade

Details and Responsibilities:

• Working 1:1 with students helping them achieve behavioral and academic goals
• Assisting teacher with various classroom tasks
• Collaborate with staff to ensure each student meets and exceeds goals
• Must be comfortable working with students with behavioral needs
• Will aid in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe classroom positions available

Qualifications:

• Must have an Associate's degree or 48 college credits
• 1 year of school based experience preferred
