Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), 7 days per week coverage
Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services within an inpatient Rehab unit serving PT, OT, and Speech patients
Treat a diverse patient population including cardiac, stroke, orthopedic, ICU, neurological, and med-surg diagnoses within a

stroke-certified facility
Collaborate with PT aides, a team leader, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver patient care across a 7-day-per-week coverage model
Participate in weekend rotation (every 3rd weekend, potentially every other weekend) and integrate into the permanent staff holiday rotation
Utilize

Cerner EMR

for documentation and patient management
Required Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital experience
Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience treating cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, or stroke patient populations
Familiarity with inpatient acute care rehabilitation settings
