Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Food Manufacturing / 2nd Shift Salary: $34 - $42 per hour Key Responsibilities and Duties Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and electrical components up to 480V 3-phase Perform maintenance on pumps, motors, conveyors, mixers, mills, chillers, blowers, and packaging equipment Execute preventative maintenance (PMs): lubrication, inspections, calibration, adjustments Diagnose equipment failures and repair/replace components Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings Work cross-functionally with production to minimize downtime Enter and track work orders in CMMS Maintain parts inventory and organization Assist with fabrication of parts as needed Support production operations as required Follow and enforce safety and quality standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 5 years of industrial/commercial electrical experience Strong experience with PLCs, electrical systems, AC/DC motors, drives, and controls Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment in manufacturing environments Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with CMMS systems Ability to lift 55 lbs and work at heights (8+ feet) Must own personal tools and multimeter Benefits Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Stable, Established Manufacturing Organization Multi-Plant Operational Exposure Leadership Growth & Development Opportunities Safety-Focused Culture Collaborative Work Environment Wellness programs and resources Fitness reimbursement options Voluntary benefits such as accident and critical illness coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match Life insurance (company-paid and optional) Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance Short-term disability insurance Long-term disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobot
