We’re looking for an Inside Sales & Inventory Control Specialist to join our team and become an important part of our continued growth.

What You’ll Do

This is a diverse position that combines inventory management, inside sales, customer service, and problem-solving. No two days are exactly the same.

Your primary responsibility will be managing inventory for our customers at off-site locations. You’ll use various software programs to monitor inventory, analyze usage, and generate reports that help our customers maintain the right inventory levels.

You’ll also work closely with our sales and inventory teams while communicating directly with customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and monitoring customer inventory at off-site locations
• Reviewing inventory levels and usage data
• Pulling and analyzing reports to identify trends and opportunities
• Assisting with min/max inventory adjustments and recommendations
• Processing customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders
• Communicating with customers by phone and email
• Providing excellent customer service and follow-through
• Working closely with outside sales and our inventory team
• Troubleshooting issues and finding practical solutions
• Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel — Excel is used daily
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Previous experience in inside sales, inventory management, distribution, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
