Shipping Clerk Location: Clermont, KY Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday We’re looking for a dependable team member who keeps everything running. Your work as a Shipping Clerk will include supervising loading activities, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining efficient operations. Requirements: 1+ years of SAP experience Able to lift 45 lbs. Steel‑toed boots Job Duties: Supervise union employees in the loading of trucks for domestic and export deliveries. Develop and communicate loading patterns for execution. Determine legal load limits of trucks according to schedules and DOT weight limits. Direct movement of shipments from the shipping dock to storage and working areas. Inspect vehicles daily. Maintain rotation of stock. Create an inclusive culture to support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Advocate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. Identify risks and report violations, near misses, or injuries immediately. Demonstrate knowledge of GMPs, safety standards, and quality standards, and react effectively to issues. Support and advocate for the program and trainings; help with continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety and quality.
