Nurse Assistant

MidState Medical Center seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Oncology Department. In this leadership role, you will support daily unit operations, supervise and mentor RNs, coordinate patient care, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols. The Assistant Nurse Manager will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, manage staffing and scheduling, and support onboarding and performance feedback. You will champion evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and patient-centered care while fostering a culture of teamwork, professional growth, and continuous learning within our oncology nursing team.
