Number of Beds 22 ORs; Not a trauma hospital

Number of Staff 80 Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Staff to run 22 ORs. One team in house at all times. Night Shift 1 Team in house 24/7

Typical hiring profile:

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) CSTs and RN night weekend Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Certification is a MUST for CSTs Neuro/Spine experience For Cardiac Service line MUST have CARDIAC experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Multiple service lines; ortho, neuro, general, robotic

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Appys, Choles, Spine fusion, Total Joints, Cranis, Mastectomies, DIEP Flaps

Best personality Fit: Flexible, team work, self-directed, positive

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - We provide scrubs. Closed toe and heeled shoes required non-slip
