Compensation The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Responsibilities Review patients’ medical history. Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
