Practice Overview:

• EMR Platform: EPIC
\n
• Practice Setting: Outpatient care at Longstreet Clinic, Oakwood, Georgia
\n
• Care Team: Collaborative team of 4 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
\n
• Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
\n
• Patient Population: Ages 2 and up; providing acute care, preventive services, and chronic disease management
\n
• On-Site Services: on site laboratory, EKG, and an aesthetic practice
\n
• Support Staff: Experienced dedicated clinical and administrative staff
\n
• Specialist Access: Convenient proximity to a wide range of specialists within the NGHS network
\n
• Community: Located in a thriving, fast-growing, and family-friendly area
