- Proven experience operating commercial printing equipment such as digital presses, screen printers, or large-format printers.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Understanding of color theory and visual design principles to ensure high-quality output that aligns with artistic intent.
- Basic knowledge of typography and layout design for print advertising or promotional materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or CAD layouts related to print production or interior/fashion design projects.
- Familiarity with digital art creation using tools like Maya or SketchUp is advantageous for specialized projects involving 3D animation or interior visualization.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills for managing multiple print jobs simultaneously.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across creative departments.
