QC Wet Chemistry Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Wet Chemistry Analyst to support quality control operations in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment. This role focuses on raw material and component testing using wet chemistry techniques, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality laboratory documentation and practices. Key Responsibilities Perform routine testing of raw materials using wet chemistry techniques Conduct periodic raw material sampling in compliance with established procedures Execute visual inspection/testing of drug product containers, closures, and medical device components Perform testing on the raw materials of drug products Accurately document test results and maintain laboratory records and logbooks Write, revise, and maintain laboratory documentation , including SOPs and specifications (SPECs) Ensure laboratory compliance with cGMP requirements and regulatory standards Calibrate, verify, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment Maintain appropriate levels of laboratory supplies and inventory Collaborate with internal teams and interact with clients and cross-functional groups as needed Participate in training programs to maintain technical and compliance proficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S principles Work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Life Sciences or a related field Hands‑on laboratory experience with wet chemistry techniques Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast‑paced, GMP‑regulated environment Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) Self‑motivated , adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a client‑facing role Additional Information What to Expect in the Hiring Process 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader 30 Minute Virtual Meeting with the Site Director The position is on-site, full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday.
