About the Job Franklin Square is looking for an experienced psychiatric registered nurse to join our Inpatient Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health unit on night shift. Unit Highlights 11 bed unit serving 11-17 year-olds. Staffed with RNs and psychiatric counselors. Heavily based on family therapy. Highly functional and autonomous team. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.
