Electrical Design Engineer

Verantwoordelijkheden De functie is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en uittekenen van technische oplossingen (o.a. gereedschappen, hulpmiddelen, stroomkringen, kast-lay-outs,…) met als doel aan de operationele en commerciële behoeften te beantwoorden, waarbij creativiteit, oplossings- en klantgerichtheid zijn vereist binnen zijn/haar expertisedomein. Voorbereiden van ontwerpopdrachten (nieuw of aanpassingen) en verzamelen van ontbrekende gegevens, met als doel een goed begrip van de situatie te krijgen en alle nodige informatie te hebben om een efficiënt concept uit te werken. Bestuderen van schetsen en ontwerptekeningen. Verrichten van opmetingen. Opzoeken van de documentatie en nakijken van de correctheid van de aangeleverde informatie. Uitwerken van ontwerpopdrachten door het gebruik van gespecialiseerde teken- en ontwerpprogramma’s van concept tot uitvoeringstekening met als doel de tekening conform de wettelijke richtlijnen en wensen van de opdrachtgever te verzorgen. Opmaken van de bijhorende (elektrische) schema’s en tekeningen (P&ID’s, gebouw- en leiding plannen, …) van installaties, constructies, gereedschappen en toebehoren. Maken van berekeningen (bv. sterkteberekening, controle van de kabelsecties). Selecteren van materialen, onderdelen,... rekening houdend met de technische, nucleaire, veiligheids- en economische vereisten. Toezien op het bijhouden van het tekeningenbestand met als doel kwalitatief hoogstaande planafdrukken te kunnen produceren en de meest actuele data ter beschikking te stellen voor de klant. Registreren en opvolgen van de tekening doorheen de cyclus (ontwerp → as built). Registreren van tekeningen/gegevens in de daartoe behoorde tools/database. Deelnemen aan het opstellen van specificaties en toezien op de naleving ervan bij het ontwerp. Verschaffen en delen van informatie en technische expertise inzake ontwerpen, tekeningen of plannen met als doel derden te ondersteunen in de werkzaamheden. Opmaken van lastenboeken en prijsaanvragen. Voorbereiden van technische constructiedossiers. Beantwoorden van technische vragen van interne of externe partijen (bv. leveranciers).
