The ideal candidate will possess experience in Interventional Radiology within a Level 1 Trauma Center environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUtilize the nursing process and critical thinking in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care.Perform assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing techniques, policies, and state regulations.Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation in line with standards of care.Develop and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by physicians or hospital policies.Provide education to patients and families at appropriate levels of understanding.Participate in performance improvement activities within the department or unit.Utilize clinical expertise to support patient care across various departments and manage complex situations.Engage in personal development and support continuous learning opportunities.Participate in peer review and feedback processes to enhance nursing practice.Education and ExperienceGraduate of an accredited nursing program.Minimum of 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in critical care.Cardiovascular intervention experience required.Holiday CoverageHoliday coverage is required.Client Details Address 8201 E Riverside Blvd, Rockford, IL City Rockford State IL Zip Code 61114
