Med-Surgical RN On-Call Care Leader

Jackson Health System

Jackson Health System in Miami, FL seeks a PRN Clinical Staff Nurse to champion quality patient care, applying critical thinking and the nursing process in assigned areas.

You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, document care plans, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in unit orientation. A Florida RN license and 1–3 years of experience preferred.

This on-site role supports the CARE model and requires professionalism and compassion in fast-paced hospital settings.
