Duration: 6M C2H MH: Prefer 5+ years but open to 3+ years as EE experience designing and troubleshooting pc boards experience with Altium experience with derating components experience with component selections NASA or DoD experience (+)PR: $75.21 - 97.89
Department: Flight hardware (140) - task order managers, 5 functional managers that oversee technical discipline (skill sets of the personnel), deputy department manager (cross utilization of resources/process issues), chief engineer (independent technical senior person in the dpt, training, SME, meet with customers, identify new business opps) D2D: Have a substantial enough technical background that they can be in the lab with the project engineers and technicians going through design or development hardware, helping them overcome the challenges based on their experience, will be a leader/mentor, don’t want someone to come in and do the work themselves Mentoring - 70ish engineers to mentor, not directly manage Technical leadership 85%, interfacing with customers 5%, mentorship 10% MH: Have to have experience with NASA flight hardware or spaceflight - environmental life support systems, EVA suits, medical kits, the more complex the better, could be DoD if they are spaceforce From development and design of hardware, early stages of hardware development to delivery, craddle to grave experience of engineering projects Been the mechanical engineer & project engineer (+) Work in challenging environments, manage emotional intelligence engineering lifecycle per EA-023 and SA-WI-014 - step by step processes for building a piece of flight hardware Have to have engineering degree - aerospace, mechanical, electrical, project eng.
