Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of building systems, equipment repairs, and infrastructure improvements. As the lead on the floor, you will use your advanced mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure operational excellence and mission success. Key Responsibilities System Mastery: Lead the execution and documentation of all preventative maintenance for critical equipment, including overhead hoists and air compressors. Precision Repairs: Diagnose and resolve the most complex mechanical and electrical issues with speed and efficiency. Fabrication & Welding: Utilize MIG, TIG, and stick welding to repair equipment; machine and mill parts for various specialized tools. Site Coordination: Oversee outside contractors, manage piping installations (cutting/threading), and ensure strict adherence to safety and housekeeping protocols. Operational Support: Drive project-based tasks, facility upkeep, and seasonal maintenance to ensure a seamless, high-output production environment. What You Bring Experience: 5 to 7 years of high-level industrial maintenance expertise. Welding Proficiency: Intermediate experience with MIG, TIG, or stick welding. Technical Mastery: Advanced familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and measuring devices. Strategic Judgment: Strong ability to plan sequences of operations and apply common-sense solutions to complex maintenance hurdles. Why Join the Team?
