Responsibilities

We are seeking a dispatcher to join our high energy, fun, and fast paced work environment. The dispatcher is responsible for scheduling the drivers routes and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

1. Work well with customers
2. Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/ distribute runs to drivers
3. Ensure that driver counts money collected and put delivery times on bills
4. Work with Parts Pullers to ensure the deliveries go out correctly
5. Work with drivers to make sure that they know the correct route
6. Work with customers over the phone to update them on the status of their orders
7. Properly assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or any other aspect of the job
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Time management skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors
• Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time.
• 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver's license
• Must be able to meet company insurance requirements- (drivers must be 21 years old or over)
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
• Maintain and promote workplace safety
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
