Unit Information: Interventional Radiology

Type of staff: Day Shift 6-7 RN S

Type of equipment: Fluoroscopy Suite, Catheters, Stents and IV pumps

EMR: Meditech / CPN

Typical hiring profile:

Skill Set: Most recruited for: Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters

Must have: Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital RN experience, BLS, ACLS & PALS

Preferred or nice to have: Prior Meditech experience, previous experience traveling to large Trauma facilities, Medical Imaging experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Image guided procedures to include invasive procedures in IR, CT and Ultrasound. MRI with anesthesia and Pacemaker observation

Best personality Fit: Flexible, attention to detail and positive attitude

Patient care experience is a priority

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Schedule: Monday through Friday, with one day of call throughout the week and every 3rd weekend
