Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a well-established regional health system in Ashland, Kentucky, in recruiting a General Anesthesiologist. Join a collaborative team of eight anesthesiologists in a predominantly supervisory practice offering an outstanding compensation package, generous time off, and excellent work-life balance.

Practice & Opportunity Highlights

Join a team of 8 established anesthesiologists
Primarily supervise experienced CRNAs
Broad mix of general anesthesia cases
No cardiac, thoracic, or neonatal cases
Regional anesthesia skills, including orthopedic blocks, required
Welcoming 2027 residency graduates

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed salary of $605,000
$1,500 per call shift
$50,000 sign-on bonus
$75,000 student loan repayment over 3 years
8 weeks of paid time off
1 week of CME with allowance
Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, retirement plan, and relocation assistance
