As a Tax Exempt TPA Services Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsored retirement plans, helping clients achieve their goals through exceptional service and relationship management. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries, strengthen client relationships, and support plan retention efforts. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering a superior customer experience while contributing to operational excellence and business growth. Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans. Participate in relationship management activities with plan sponsors and customers. Partner with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery. Contribute to product development initiatives and process improvement efforts. Independently resolve complex customer service and communication issues. High School Diploma or GED.

• 3+ years of experience within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and strong client support skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
