Job Title: Onsite Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Operations
Company Name: Kelly Services
Location: Waco, TX (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Job Type: Contract (6 months, with potential extension based on performance and business needs)
Payrate: $45-50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (onsite initially M/W/F, transitioning to T/W/TH after ramp-up; remote on other days)

Due to an increase in volume in Talent Acquisition Operations, a leading organization is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support operations. About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will support a designated team/function (or other areas as assigned) in attracting and developing a strong, qualified talent pool. Your expertise will ensure continuity in hiring for both current and upcoming needs, while engaging with stakeholders at all levels and maintaining rigorous standards for recruitment. Responsibilities

• Actively recruit for open and forecasted roles, focusing on assigned functions or teams.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines, pre-screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Manage open job requisitions, updating and tracking progress in SmartRecruiters ATS.
• Achieve recruiting metrics, reporting accomplishments, and providing market insights and analytics to business leaders.
• Prepare and review offer packages, providing market research for equity and competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and company policies.
• Foster strong business relationships with hiring managers and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment required; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to deliver results.
• Direct experience with proactive recruiting and sourcing; full-cycle recruitment.
• Prior recruitment experience within healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters ATS (or similar) highly preferred.
