Product Growth Manager, Physical AI

What the role actually is Dexterity is hiring a product growth manager for Physical AI customer deployments. The role combines product management, strategic customer success, commercial execution, and adoption work for robotics systems used in logistics workflows such as trailer loading, unloading, and baggage handling. This is product work close to the customer. The person is expected to translate operational pain, deployment constraints, and account growth opportunities into roadmap recommendations and customer-facing success plans. What you would work on Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, deployment requirements, and scaling opportunities Define user stories, acceptance criteria, performance requirements, and success metrics Translate customer needs into product opportunities, deployment plans, and roadmap recommendations Run account cadences, milestone tracking, adoption health, and commercial coordination What they are asking for Experience in product management, customer success, technical program management, solutions engineering, or consulting Customer-facing experience in enterprise, B2B, robotics, automation, logistics, AI, or industrial technology Analytical ability to connect deployment metrics, ROI, and product performance Strong product judgment around requirements, tradeoffs, risks, and customer outcomes Why this one is worth a look Physical AI adoption will not be won by model demos alone.
