Location : North Richland Hills, TX (On site) | Type : Full Time | Hourly Range: $17.00/hour
Are you a coffee enthusiast with leadership skills and a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Lead Barista to join our dealership bistro team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest. You will create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere while ensuring that every coffee, espresso, and beverage served meets the highest standards.
Bistro Hours: Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm; Saturdays 6:30am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage the team effectively in the absence of the manager
- Be willing to cross-train and learn back-of-house operations
- Work independently and handle shifts alone when needed
- Lead and support the barista team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with consistency and care
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café
- Manage inventory, restocking, and ordering as needed
- Train and mentor new baristas
- Ensure all drinks and food items meet quality and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without supervision
- Previous barista experience (leadership experience a plus)
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
