Construction Senior Project Manager (Indianapolis, IN) - $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Indianapolis,Indiana,United States Position: Senior Project Manager Reports to: Project Executive Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Pay Range: $135,000 - $170,000 We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. Superior is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for helping make operations on-site more efficient and will play a key role in our contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. This role is based on a jobsite in Indianapolis, Indiana. Key Responsibilities Manage the creation and submission of RFI’s, and ensure that all RFI’s are integrated into the project documents Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on the lifecycle of the project submittal process Support with the creation, submission, and management of change orders Capture the progress of our work by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite Monitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leaders Work closely with the Foreman on delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite Lead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stock Begin to develop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leader Your Character Traits You’re organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail You’re a strong communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organization Your Expertise Required: You have at least 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management Bonus Points: You earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree Bonus Points: You’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+ Bonus Points: You have extensive knowledge in construction management software Bonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Bonus Points: You have a current City of Indianapolis Master-Unrestricted Electrical License (or one from a reciprocal jurisdiction) Our Benefits We offer a range of professional and personal perks that you can enjoy as a member of Superior.
