Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is hiring for aSite Superintendent to oversee a 7-week tenant retail retrofit project in Jonesboro, AR. The Superintendent will coordinate daily field activities, monitor subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and help resolve field issues as they arise. Hourly pay is up to $45/hr! Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities for the Tilly's tenant retrofit project. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site trades. Monitor work progress and maintain the project schedule. Conduct daily site walks to verify quality, workmanship, and compliance with plans. Requirements Site superintendent experience required Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings Strong understanding of commercial tenant improvement/retrofit work Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities Strong problem-solving and communication skills Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
