Role Description

Are you a tech-savvy professional who thrives in supporting systems, managing data, and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Home-Based Benefits Reporting and Implementation Coordinator to join our DCX team. In this role, you will:

• Provide technology support to internal teams and clients.
• Manage online enrollment systems.
• Support system implementation processes.
• Contribute to project coordination involving benefits technology platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new software, wearing multiple hats, and delivering accurate, detail-oriented support in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of experience in a technology/systems role in the health insurance industry.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Must have experience on a PC and have an advanced working knowledge of software to accomplish tasks.
• Software proficiency must include the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher.
• Dynamic and proficient ability to learn new software applications.
• Experience with Employee Navigator software (Preferred).

• Tech-Savvy & Resourceful: Comfortable learning new platforms, systems, and software tools while handling varied operational responsibilities.
