Clinical Research Associate- San Antonio / South-Central Texas Region

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Clinical Research Associate to oversee clinical trial site quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance across the San Antonio and South-Central Texas region. The role involves site monitoring, data verification, regulatory adherence, and stakeholder management to ensure adherence to protocols and GCP guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits across trial phases
- Verify data accuracy and completeness in electronic and paper records to ensure protocol compliance
- Monitor site adherence to ICH GCP, local regulations, and ALCOA principles; provide training as needed
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners; represent organization at site level
- Assess investigator capabilities, identify new sites, and support risk-based monitoring strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences or equivalent
- 2-3 years of clinical research experience working independently
- Valid driver's license as required locally
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and applicable clinical trial regulations
- Proficiency with data analysis and technology platforms
- Experience with clinical study coordination or pharma/biotech sponsor roles preferred
- AI experience or foundational knowledge strongly preferred
