JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education /Training/Experience:

REQUIRED

• Graduate of accredited School of Physical Therapy (BS, MS or Doctorate)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

License/Certifications/Special Requirements

• Possesses a current Illinois Physical Therapy License, website listing, or Letter to Test from the Department of Professional Regulation in the State of Illinois

• Non-exempt hourly
